1.  You must be a CEA or AST to enter the SandHills Stock Show.  In the top right-hand corner of the Home Screen, click the "Sign In" botton.  Log in as the club leader to begin the entry process.  In the drop-down menu, select "Club." From there, a club name drop-down menu will appear, select your club name and enter your assigned password.  When the "Club Information" page appears, click on the "Edit Information" tab at the bottom of the page and fill in all the empty fields.

2.  Once you have completed entering the club information, begin adding exhibitors.  Enter all as a "New Exhibitor."

3.  When you have completed all entries, print the entry receipt for each exhibitor's entries.  You can view your transactions and re-print receipts as necessary.

4.  In addition to completing the online entry process, the following paperwork must be submitted to SandHIlls Stock Show and Rodeo at:  218 W 46th Street, Odessa, TX 79764

 

    * Online entry receipt

    * Check payment

    * Copy of heifer registration papers
